PEMANFAATAN POWER BI SEBAGAI SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LITERASI DIGITAL MAHASISWA MANAJEMEN

Abstrak
Pemanfaatan teknologi analitik data menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam peningkatan literasi digital di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi, khususnya bagi mahasiswa manajemen yang dituntut memiliki kemampuan analisis berbasis data untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Power BI sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan (Decision Support System/DSS) yang dapat membantu mahasiswa memahami konsep analisis data, visualisasi informasi, serta interpretasi hasil untuk pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Primagraha. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan fitur analitik Power BI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Power BI meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola, memvisualisasikan, dan menafsirkan data secara efektif, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan literasi digital dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Dengan demikian, integrasi Power BI dalam proses pembelajaran dapat menjadi strategi inovatif dalam mendukung transformasi digital di bidang pendidikan manajemen.

Abstract
The utilization of data analytics technology has become an essential aspect of enhancing digital literacy in higher education, particularly for management students who are required to develop data-driven analytical and decision-making skills. This study aims to implement Power BI as a Decision Support System (DSS) to help students understand data analysis concepts, information visualization, and result interpretation for managerial decision-making. The research employed a descriptive approach with a case study conducted among Management Study Program students at Universitas Primagraha. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed using Power BI’s analytical features. The findings indicate that the use of Power BI improves students’ ability to manage, visualize, and interpret data effectively, resulting in higher levels of digital literacy and data-driven decision-making competence. Therefore, integrating Power BI into the learning process can serve as an innovative strategy to support digital transformation in management education.
