PERANCANGAN SISTEM KONTROL INTENSITAS CAHAYA, SUHU DAN KELEMBABAN PADA PEMBUDIDAYA MAGGOT MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL BERBASIS IOT DAN MOBILE

Maggot cultivation has the potential to serve as a solution for organic waste management; however, its success is highly dependent on maintaining stable environmental conditions, particularly temperature and humidity. Manual control of these parameters often hampers maggot growth. The aim of this study is to design an automatic control system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using the Waterfall method. The system employs a NodeMCU ESP8266 as the main controller, a DHT22 sensor for measuring temperature and humidity, and a 4-channel relay to control lamps, fans, and pumps. Integration with the Blynk application enables real-time monitoring and control via smartphones, while Google Spreadsheet is utilized for automatic recording of temperature and humidity data. The testing results indicate that the system accurately reads sensor data, controls actuators according to predefined thresholds, and reliably stores monitoring data.
